Kim Chiu is still in disbelief about her 2024 Seoul International Drama Awards win as she shared pictures of herself rubbing shoulders with prominent Asian celebrities such as Thai actor Win Metawin, South Korean star Song Kang-ho, and more.

In her Instagram post, Kim gushed that she is still "living this moment" where she represented the Philippines as a recipient of the Outstanding Asian Star Award.

"Such a whirlwind of emotions—disbelief, excitement, and overwhelming gratitude. This surreal moment feels like a dream come true, surrounded by so much talent and celebration," the actress wrote.

Kim accompanied her post with snaps of the glamorous event, with one of the pictures revealing that she was sitting next to Under Parallel Skies star Metawin.

During the affair, the local celebrity also managed to snag a selfie with Song, who is known for his performance in Parasite, as well as South Korean actress Kim Hye-yoon, who gained prominence for Sky Castle and Lovely Runner.

Kim noted that her post is a "reminder of the hard work and support" that got her at the prestigious award show.

"I’m beyond thankful for this experience, for the people who’ve been by my side, and for the journey that’s led to this. Truly, a night I’ll never forget," she highlighted.

"I wouldn’t want to experience it any other way. Grateful, honored, and soaking it all in. Maraming, maraming salamat po," she added.

During her speech, Kim raved about how she is "truly overwhelmed" to be receiving the award "with pride and honor" before going on to express her gratitude to her supporters, ABS-CBN, and Star Magic.

She then turned emotional as she dedicated her win to the late Deo Endrinal, who is ABS-CBN's Dreamscape Entertainment head.

"I want to dedicate this honor to the person who is no longer with us — my boss, my mentor and a dear friend sir Deo. He was the one who always pushed me to be my best, and he was the one who always [guided] me to do the best that I can be through hard work and led with kindness," Kim said.

"I wouldn’t be standing here tonight without your trust, guidance and the opportunities you gave me," she continued.

Kim bested other famous Asian faces in the Outstanding Asian Star category, including Thailand's Blue Pongtiwat Tangwancharoen (Ready, Set, Love), Korea's Poompat Iam-samang (Start-Up), Malaysia's Emily Chan, Singapore's Desmond Tan, and Indonesia's Ochi Rosdiana.
